As many of you know, all of the grandchildren call Jim and Katie, Grandma and Grandpa "Pooper." Some of you may ask yourself where this strange, but endearing name came from. When Austin was just starting to to talk, he would always ask to go over to "Pooper's" (Jim and Katie's dog at the time), house and visit. We finally figured out that it wasn't really Pooper that he wanted to visit, but that he wanted to go over and see Grandma and Grandpa. The name has stuck for all of these years, through seven adorable grandkids. We love you very much Grandma, and cannot tell you how much we appreciate all that you do for our family. You truly are the BEST Grandma in the world. Thanks for always making us feel so special, and taking the time to be there for us. We also wanted to thank you for all of the memorable special holiday traditions; i.e. pumpkin carving, gingerbread houses, 4th of July at Murray Park, "special days" just because, and more sleepovers than you can ever imagine!! We feel so honored and blessed to be a part of your family.

MEMORIES!!
I have loved doing this on some of your blogs. What do you remember about me? 1. As a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you have of me. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember! 2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume your playing the game and I'll come to your blog and I'll leave one about you. Please Play!!

Lots of fishing
Annual morning hikes with Grandpa
And last, but certainly not least, those crazy kanasta play-offs
(Maybe the future generation of Koos can beat the Tullis's, because Shaun and I just can't seem to ever win. Sorry sweetie! Maybe next year, RIGHT??!!)
